Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to international addresses. We do deliver our gift hampers to the whole of the UK.


Can I personalise a mini pamper hamper?

In most cases personalisations are entirely possible if we work together. Email us on info@minipamperhampers.co.uk and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.


Can I cancel or amend my order after placing it?

If you email us before your item is dispatched we will be able to cancel the order and issue a refund. If the item is already dispatched please email us on info@minipamperhampers.co.uk and we will help you arrange to return the item to us and we will issue a refund as soon as we receive it back.


Can I return an item that I have bought?

Please ensure that you have read our returns policy within our terms and conditions before making your purchase. We will only accept unopened items returned and a refund will only be issued if we are satisfied with the condition of the returned item.


Why does my hamper contain different items to those pictured?

From time to time the individual products in our hampers may change their packaging, or we might find what we consider to be a better product to replace one in our hampers. We will always try to ensure that any substituted items are as similar as possible to the items photographed, and the photography on the website will be updated periodically.


Can you customise my hamper with different products?

We try to ensure that within our selection of hampers there is something for everyone. If you have an idea for a new or different collection of products then please let us know via email on info@minipamperhampers.co.uk and we will consider adding it to our selection.
