Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unopened and in reasonable condition. Customers must contact us via email at info@minipamperhampers.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the order for return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee.

A full refund will be issued if an order is cancelled before it is dispatched.
