We include postage and packaging costs within the price of our products, providing customers with a "free shipping" experience.


Customers should receive their ordered items within 10 days of placing the order, allowing time for assembly and shipping. In the event of any unexpected delay, the customer will be notified via email within 10 days.

We offer a 10% discount for local customers that would like to collect from us. This discount can be obtained by using the code LOCAL at checkout. By using this code, the customer agrees to send us a message to arrange a mutually agreeable time to collect their purchase from us.


  1. Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unopened and in reasonable condition. Customers must contact us via email at info@minipamperhampers.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the order for return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee.

A full refund will be issued if an order is cancelled before it is dispatched.
